Accessibility Statement

Ultimate Logistics wants everyone who visits this website to be able to find information about our services, coverage and team, and to reach us easily. We design, build and test the site with accessibility in mind.

Our standard

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we’ve done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, including the main menu and its submenus, with a clearly visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields.
  • A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page lets keyboard and screen reader users go straight to the page content.
  • Text and buttons are designed to meet WCAG color contrast requirements, and text placed over photographs sits on a darkened overlay.
  • Pages use clear headings, labeled regions and breadcrumb navigation so screen reader users can understand and move around each page.
  • Images that carry information have text descriptions, and our coverage maps include a written list of the states and distribution centers they show.
  • Contact form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text and announced to screen readers.
  • The background video on the home page plays without sound and has a pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, the video stays paused and scrolling effects are turned off.
  • Pages adapt to small screens and to text enlarged up to 200 percent without content being cut off.

How we test

We review every page with automated accessibility testing at desktop and mobile sizes, along with manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus order, color contrast over images, zoom and reduced-motion settings. This statement was last reviewed on October 22, 2026.

Third-party content

Some features come from outside providers, such as the security check on our contact form and links to external websites. We choose providers that support accessibility, but their content is outside our direct control.
